This unique necklace is made from a single piece of Devon beach pottery naturally worn smooth by the sea. Being naturally triangular in shape, it makes an eye-catching pendant depicting a fragment of blue and white pottery and could once have been a part of a beautiful plate or vase.
The fragment has an image of a tree on the pottery, reminiscent of the branches of Exmoor trees reaching out from the moor, branches gnarled by the wind. The pottery piece is 37mm long and was carefully drilled and a silver plated pinch bail was added to hang the pendant from an 18" silver plated snake chain. The necklace will be sent to you in a gift box.
Treasures Of Exmoor is a beautiful range of silver plated and solid copper wire work incorporating sea glass, gemstones and beaded jewellery inspired by the colours and beachcombing finds of Exmoor, created by Helen Purrington. All sea glass used by Treasures Of Exmoor is genuine, not tumbled, and has been naturally worn smooth by the sea so will have natural markings. All sea glass used in our jewellery was beachcombed by hand from our local beach on Exmoor.
